- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my kit limit?
- You'll receive a notification when you approach your plan's kit limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, or remove inactive kits to stay within your current plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If KitForge isn't the right fit, email us at kitforge@leapd.ai within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
- What if I cancel?
- You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is available for export for 90 days after cancellation, after which it's permanently deleted.
- Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
- Shopify is supported on all plans. Etsy sync is available on Professional and Business. Custom integrations (WooCommerce, direct sites) are available on Business tier.
- How does the AI content generation work?
- KitForge watches your inventory for stock events (restocks, new arrivals, low stock) and generates product updates and newsletter copy automatically. On Professional, you review and approve before publishing. On Business, it publishes automatically unless you opt for manual approval.
- Do you have a free trial?
- We don't offer a traditional free trial, but we do have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Sign up, connect your store, and if it doesn't work for you within the first two weeks, we'll refund your first payment in full.
